Recently both of out companies have been fighting for the trademark WOLOLOLOL I filed a complaint to court and here we are now !

Who should own WOLOL






I hope this will be conducted in all seriousness, because if we do, I believe that this could become a fun activity for the forum. It will be conducted like a roleplay, post by post.

Witnesses will be called by the Judge

We will carry this like a court of law. The Jury shall remain silent until the end, when they shall PM their vote, guilty or not guilty, to the Judge, after reaching an agreement.

It shall start out with the Baliff calling the court to order, and swearing in Judge, Jury, and all members present.

If you cannot make it , don't like your role , Or just don't want to do it, or any other problems PM me. < Must be done in 24 hours.

The court starts a 8:30 GMT Wednesday night.

Okay this is what I think of it.

This entire thing is pointless. You two should just stop going on about WOLOLO and just accept the fact that you are on the internet and people will use each others words and make it a new trend.

JXZAW: If you are going to make something then expect other people to use it as well as they see fit.

Caboose: If you want your own thing to own (which would be pointless) then make your own.

The fact that you are fighting over a single word which resembles nothing is incredibly stupid and you are getting annoying with your constant arguing over this petty thing.

Just drop the entire thing and stop arguing over this since I'm getting annoyed of coming into the shoutbox to find out that you two are arguing over and over again about this silly thing. It is annoying and it is starting to get on other members nerves such as Yoko's and probably many others that just want to keep quiet.

I know what a prosecutor is, but one is issually invloved against someone. In this case, you are proposing that the party I represent is against both you and jxzaw. I dont think you understand how legal procedings work fully. If im prosecuting someone, whom am I prosecuting? Who is the party I represent as the plantiff? Who is the defendant?

To very briefly put into spectrum what on earth is actually going on, JXZAW has a fake copyright that he believes Caboose fakely copyrighted himself.

Therefore it would suggest that JXZAW would be the person you'd be representing if you're trying to prosecute the defendant, Caboose.

Trademark legal.cases are argued by both parties and their respected legal council. If this is a case between the trademark.WoLol, then you both have to prosecute and defend from one another to the jury for a ruling. Hence why as a prosecutor, I have to represent one of you. Which means we need another lawyer in here.
